苏州百年职业学院2017教师招聘_苏州校园招聘 SuzhouCentennial College Teaching Staff Recruitment Plan in 2017 学院简介About the College 苏州百年职业学院是苏州科技大学与加拿大百年理工学院经江苏省人民政府批准、教育部备案而创立的,全国的具有独立法人资格的中外合作办学高职院校。根据学院发展规划,计划在五年内引进150名左右的专任教师,为把学院办成中外合作培养水平达到国内的高职院校提供人才支撑。 Suzhou Centennial College (SCC) is aSino-foreign joint institution that offers higher vocational education inChina. SCC is a joint partnership between Suzhou University of Science andTechnology (SUST) and Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology (CC).It is approved byPeople’s Government of Jiangsu Province andit was registered with China’s Ministry of Educationaccording to theRegulations ofthe People's Republic of China on Chinese-Foreign Cooperation in RunningSchools. The College is to introduce 150 faculties worldwide in the following 5years with the purpose of providing powerful human resources support for theCollege to reach the goal of being one of the top international colleges inhigher vocational education in China. 一、教师要求与条件Requirements forTeaching Staff (一)基本要求Basic Requirements 1、遵纪守法,品行端正,为人师表; Abide by laws and regulations with goodcharacter and exemplary virtue; 2、具备履行岗位职责应有的基本知识、技能及素质; Possess professional skills and quality; 3、身体符合岗位要求; With good physical conditions; 4、能熟练使用英语授课; Ability to teach in English proficiently; 5、能够全职履职。 Be able to take up full time job. (二)资历条件QualificationRequirements 1、取得海内外知名高校硕士及以上学位。 Have Master’sdegree or above from prestigious universities domestic or overseas. 2、原则上年龄在45周岁以内。 Be under the age of 45 in principle. 3、具有扎实的专业知识基础和学术积累,或有丰富的行业企业从业经验。 Have solid professional knowledge andacademic accumulation, or rich experiences in related industrial field. 4、具备以下条件之一,优先考虑: Priority will be given to those who meet atleast one of the following requirements: (1)具有较强的教学组织能力和学术研究能力,有一定研究成果; Have strong ability in teaching and academicresearch, with some researching achievements; (2)具有中级以上技术职务或相关职业资格 Possess intermediate professional titles,equivalently lecturer or above. (3)在行业领域内有较高知名度,在产学研结合、人才培养等方面具有较丰富的经验。 With high-profile in related industries, andrich experiences in the combination of “production,teaching and research” and related talent cultivation. (4)有海外教育背景或相关工作经验。 Have overseas education or work background. 二、教师的基本职责Basic Job Responsibilities 1、课程教学:承担学校开设课程的教学任务,力求获得良好的教学效果。 Deliver lectures, seminars and tutorials,assess students’ coursework, set and markexaminations. 2、教书育人:承担对学生的思想、品德和作风教育责任,言传身教,为人师表, Undertakeideological andmoraleducation to students, and beaparagon of virtue andlearning. 3、实践教学:承担实验课、实训课的指导,学生下企业的实习指导和管理。 Supervise students’ research activities. 4、教学建设:参与课程开发、教材建设等工作。 Responsible for the development of relatedsubjects or programs, prepare and develop teaching plan and materials. 5、教学与学术研究:参与教学研究,以及本专业学术研究。 Undertake research projects and activelycontribute to the institution’s research profile, writeup research and prepare it for publication. 6、企业与社会实践:参与校企合作、企业实践活动,提高专业实践能力。 Establish collaborative links outside thecollege with industrial, commercials and public organizations. 三、2017年度教师招聘岗位Position Open in 2017 10 雅思7.0、专业英语八级或相当水平以上;外籍教师必须来自英语为母语的国家 Accounting Finance Accounting, Finance, Financial Management 6 at least IELTS 6.5, CET 6 or equivalent level Integrated Business Business Management,International Trade, Marketing, Electronic Commerce, Logistics Management, 4 Tourism Management Hospitality Management, Tourism Management 2 Engineering Technology Construction Engineering, Project Management, Architectural Design 3 10 at least IELTS 7.0, TEM 8 or equivalent level; Foreigners should be English native speaker 四、引进待遇Compensation 1、提供良好的薪资待遇条件,包括基本工资、绩效工资、岗位津贴、院龄津贴、奖金以及特别奖励等,具体待遇面议。 Provide competitive remuneration package,including basic salary, performance salary, position allowance, seniorityallowance, annual performance bonus, and special reward, etc.. 2、提供住宿,一年内免房租和物业费。 Provide accommodation with free rental andproperty management fee for one year. 3、提供补充医疗和意外伤害商业保险。 Provide additional commercialwork-related injury insurance andmedical insurance. 5、享受体检、旅游、节假日福利等其他学院福利。 Provide annual body check, traveling,festival allowance and other benefits. 6、协助申报苏州工业园区有关人才引进资助。 Assist to apply for the talent introductionfunds issued by SIP. 7、社会保险及公积金、个人所得税依据国家有关法律法规执行。 Social benefits and provident fund, andindividual income tax shall be levied based on the state laws and regulations. 五、招聘程序Application Procedure 1、应聘登记Application 应聘人员按要求填写《应聘人员信息登记表》(下载附件)并准备以下材料,邮寄、电子邮件或送交学院人事处。 The applicant shall download theApplicant Registration Form as attached, and mail or e-mail thebelow documents to HR Office of SCC.
